Sup people, I want to ask if anyone has experienced any growth after age of 19, I'm struggling with my height and I want to know all the possible choices I have to force some growth if possible!
Share some of your stories here, or links, anything you have..
Reason to believe I could still grow?
1.I've been the same height since 14-15 (maybe gained 0.5 inches since)
2.I don't have a facial hair and I don't see it comming too soon
3.I have the build of a junior high kid
If I won't be able to gain about 2 inches(atleast) I want to kill myself, I'm already researching on how to. So please no troll.

Relax fam, it's not that serious. Consider how you became to be short. Two short people conceived you. Their love for eachother superseded the desire for a tall partner. If your parents are tall and you are short, you certainly might grow. Many people grow late. If you stated both your height and your parents it would have been easier to give you an answer. In short, nothing to hang the rope over. Eat and sleep well and you very well may grow. Cheers.

Well..
Dad was 174cm in the army, in his 20s (5'8.5"), now probably dropped to 172cm or lower in his late 50s Mom was about 164-165cm in her 20s (about 5'4.5"), now lost like 2 cms.
I ended up as 169cm (a shy 5'7"). I bet you will say I'm good, but I'm not. My hands are smaller than average(about 7 inches) whereas both my parents have bigger hands. Regarding shoe size I'm almost the same as my mom I think, just a bit bigger (I wear size 8) dad wears size 9.
I know a friend who got 5'5" parents and they ended up as 5'9". Another one ended up beeing like 6'1" while his dad is 5'8" and his mom is 5'6" Don't tell me about genes, they're all short too.
I'm so depressed I think about this everyday and I'm having a bad week debut... Can someone tell me something worth trying? Even a full inch would make feel a bit better...

Hang yourself, that should give you a couple of inches.
For real tho, if you think youre still undeveloped you might have some of the growth plates still open. Jump on letro to delay their closure. Thats step one, step two would be chemicals that accelerate growth in adolescents.

Hi, I'm Jose and I'm 25. I used to be very short at the age of 20. I was 5'7. I couldn't take it anymore because it was killing my confidence, so I researched and found this height supplement that helped me grow taller really fast. I'm 5'11 now and I feel really good. You should try it too. I bought it from www.fitnesscircle.us/product-category/supplements/heightgain/
