Hi all,
just want to share my routine and maybe get some criticism.
1. Diet: Of course I'm maintaining extremely healthy diet full of diary products, fish, fruits and vegetables.
2. Supplementation:
- High quality multiwitamin pack
- Glucosamine sulphate
- Growth factor plus and somatropinne (yeah I know, there are no magical pills I got it. But found this supplementation more like Psychological support - it's good to hear from time to time that "of course you will gain height 2-4inches" even if this is a BS).
- Ashwagandha powder
- Protein isolate
3. Exercise (normal routine 7 days all the time)
- Skretching every morning
- Inversion table
- Bar hanging
- Sprint (4 days per week)
- Ankle weight kicks
- Ankle weights sitting
4. Exercise (additional)
- yoga (3 times per week)
- Swimming (2 times per week)
- Gym - building HGH (4 times per week)
5. Additional care
- Chiropractor care (once per 2 weeks)
- Rolfing massage (once per week)
- Medical traction table (once per 2 weeks)
6. Thinking of...
- Injection hgh (yes, it's quite possible here to get a prescription from doctor) - (People with huge overdose of hgh can grow even with closed growth plates - info fetched from endocrinologist as an "offtopic" got ya doc!) Although side effects are keeping me away from this stuff (at least for now, if routine will not work then I will go on with hgh)
- Visiting ginza kojima clinic and see if this thing is real
At this point I'm not willing to undergo LL surgery becouse of losing some % of mobility.
