I’m 15, female and 5’1 (154cm) and want to be 160cm. Father’s 162cm and mother’s 150cm.
Current diet: Breakfast: an egg w/ a bowl of strawberries, blueberries, banana, walnuts, linseeds and 500ml of milk. Lunch: 500ml of milk (2 milk boxes) Dinner: an egg w/ a bowl of vegetables (spinach, broccoli, capsicum/bell peppers, carrots etc)
Current exercise: Running: 3h of treadmill, 30 min intervals Cycling: occasionally but plan to cycle more Swimming: 30min on sat (would swim more but don’t have access to a pool besides on sat for 30min only)
I don’t think my growth plates have fused my older sister’s growth plates didn’t fuse till 18. I did grow approx. 3cm this year. What should I do? Any tips? Advice?
