Just wanted to share my knowledge and experiences on gaining permanent height via specific exercises/methodology. There's just so much misinformation going around and I think many people are losing hope, constantly being jerked around by one scam after the other, one loose end after another, so on so forth.
I have been researching how to increase height on and off for a decade now, rather obsessively. I know a lot. I have seen a lot. I have ocd and have read many, many hundreds of hours worth of information on the topic. Now, I do not claim to be a miracle worker but this little article can help almost anyone gain a minimum of 1 inch, and a rough maximum of 2-3 inches in permanent height. The amount gained is highly dependent on various factors including your longstanding level of physical exercise, your posture and the state of your spine, your genetic traits, and of course your dedication/consistency.
I don't want to throw out any false hope and I want us to remain realistic here. If you have a perfect posture / spine, you will very likely only gain an inch at best from this routine, but this is still a full inch of extra, permanent height, and the worse your skeletal health, the more height that is attainable. It's all about bio-mechanics at the end of the day - the alignment of your entire body.
I am sure many of you have heard that doing yoga and various stretches can unlock hidden height and increase your overall standing height, but there has never really been any straight forward, to the point documentation on exactly what to do and what to expect. Well I have personally gained 2.5 inches of height by correcting my spine, going from 5 ft 9 to 5 ft 11.5, and there is still plenty of improvement to be made. I have not even corrected my anterior pelvic tilt yet which has been said to provide up to 1 inch alone depending on severity.
If can do it, I don't see why nobody else can. I do still have, and always have had, a rather unhealthy spine and a pretty horrendous posture, thus I have been/am unlocking more hidden height than your average joe, but the point still remains - this stuff works, and almost nobody is talking about it or doing it.
So what is required? I feel I have already gone into enough detail in my intro so let's just jump straight into it. This is going to be very concise, but don't be deceived by the simplicity. Just follow the steps and you will absolutely 100% guaranteed gain height. Again, the amount of height is extremely dependent on many variables so every individual will get different results.
Here is a snapshot of the routine -
This is a very simple snap shot of what the routine entails, but there are a few more advanced points that I will mention later, and I will of course be going into much depth for each bullet point. As for right now I must prepare for work. I will be updating this thread with more information within 48 hours or less.

Here is a snapshot of the routine -
- Yoga - namely Hatha yoga and various exercises that target the lower, mid and upper back, as well as the hips/pelvis, neck and shoulders.
- Inversion - starting for small sets but increasing over time until you are inverting for 20-30 minutes minimum.
- Posture. Absolute, tedious, uncomfortable, unrelenting dedication to keeping your posture as good as you can get it, 100% of the time (or as close as you can.)
- Specific stretches targeting the ligaments and joins of the knees.
- Diet. A good diet is essential. More depth will come but essentially you need your fatty acids/omega 3, you need at least your bodyweight in protein, to be constantly hydrated, and you need your vitamins + minerals (including the essential Glucosamine Sulphate.)
- Weight training or bodyweight training.
- Sleep. You need 8 hours minimum, as often as you possible can, and you need to learn how to sleep soundly on your back, stretched out comfortably. I cannot overstate this. It is absolutely fundamental.
