Hello guys. I'm 21 years old, and i'm 179 cm out of bed and 177 cm before bed, so I state 178 cm with my dad of 169 cm, my mum of 165 and my sister of 164. From 15 years old i grew up only 4,5 cms and gradually. From the 1 April i'm trying to do a routine twice a day (morning and evening) in order to gain 1-2 cms: 10 minutes of inversion table, strechting that involves touching my toes and cobra strecht, so three exercises. But what i have noticed is that even 1 minute after this routine I haven't increased my height neither temporarily, in your opinion is this routine ineffective, am I doing these exercises in a wrong way or simply It takes time to notice any result?
