Do not try and have people pull on you to make you taller. This will not affect your growth, and will usually give you pain in the neck, arms, and shoulders. Make sure you eat the recommended amount of food for your personal height. Consuming less than the daily normal amount is proven to stunt growth. Get lots of sleep, because that is when we grow the most. If needed, try to lose some weight. This will make you grow a little faster, as well as look taller. Take plenty of sleep,if you are a teenager and want to increase your height. You're taller in the morning than in the evening by up to a full inch. Spine discs decompress after you lie sleeping in a horizontal position for many hours. After standing up for a few hours, you will lose that height. Stay hydrated. Drink plenty of water and some milk to promote stronger bones. Even slight dehydration causes many problems, such as lack of energy and irritability. Don't hunch over as much. It will affect how you grow. Don't do drugs, as they may affect your growth. Join lots of sports and eat right when you get home and sleep. Don't go on diets while you're still growing.
