I noticed a small hairline when I looked at these x-rays, and I don't know what it means. Are they closed or almost closed? What can I do to grow taller? i.imgur.com/yV8vS8S.jpg

Your growth plates are close and don't mean to be harsh but you know it. I think you want one person to tell you their open and then go with that, i'm sorry join the club. Mine were closed by 15

Yea I thought the same thing, but I spoke with someone who is a physical therapist for the soccer team at my school, and he told me they are barely open. Are you an expert on this out of curiosity?

No i'm not an expert but like we see in your picture theirs no cartilage left not a visible millimeter so basically theirs no chrondrocytes to push your bones apart, until we figure out a way to get them there then you wont grow from that particular bone. Your plates might be still open in your spine though

Ahh ok. The only thing that was making me curious was the section, if you zoom in, that I have indicated in red. It seems like the color gets darker for a portion and I didn't know if that was cartilage or growth plate that is in the process of fusing or what? What is it? i.imgur.com/gFTTQNM.jpg

I don't know man if you look at open growth plates and then one that are fusing you will see a space where chrondrocytes will sit, but their is no space so i don't know. If i was you i wouldn't count on it, i would do more research talk to others, do you go on heightquest.com or NHG? do you perform Lsjl?
