Hey guys, I had a question. When I was 13 or 14 years old, I had a bone age of an 11 year old. This was proven by doctors. At 14 I wasn't in puberty yet. I got there by 15-16. My whole life I haven't really got the best nutrition and my parents are short, but my brother, who most deff got great nutrition because he is 5'8-5'10 and fat. I personally think my growth plates are still open, but I want to confirm. I'm currently about 5'4 or 5'5 and I have been 100-118 pounds for the last 3 years and basically my whole life. I've never gone over 130. I personally think that is the reason I'm so short. I have never had good nutrition, and never bulked up or gained weight. On the bright side, I'm only 19. Considering the fact that I started puberty a little later, could it be that I could make up for the growth lost if I up my nutrition and gain at the least 30-40 pounds? That's my goal. I know I have to act really fast. Do I have some hope if I better my nutrition and do more exercise from here to 21? One thing I know, is that it's better to be asking this at 19 instead of 21, if I'm correct, because a male stops growing at 21. Can any of you guys give me good tips as far as maximizing my potential to get at the least 2-4 inches? I have just started growing facial hair, it only started at 18. At 17 I had none whatsoever. I still don't have a full beard at all. Any advice welcome, thanks.

Listen man let me clarify you few thing. Facial hair are just sign or puberty,their is no connection between your growing bones and facial hair . Secondly if you will go to an doctor for checking up your growth plates and if you found its closed and you were still 18,19,20 age then must remember it will partially fuse which means you can still put some effort and grow .
You can try the following routine.
Better to follow at your long term holidays.
:---Wake up at your own time that you feel to be suitable.
Then after 5 min drink hot water . Then wait for 2-3 min. Try to stretch your body by doing spine stretching excercises.atlest 20-30 min :-then after 1 hour eat heavy breakfast avoid oily food.
:-At evening go out into ground run for around 10 min you can take rest in between those 10 min. Then suddenly find a place where you can hang freely. So do some pull ups 20 time. Then rest 2 min Again do 20 pullup Rest 2 min. Then stretch your spine with few excercises continuously for 10 min. Then rest Then again stretch. After doing this hang yourself on a bar for 1 min. Then stretch with any excercise for 1 min. Then suddenly hang ,then stretch. Do this 10 time which means 20 . After doing this do a heavy sprint run for 5 min. Take rest and go home.
This workout is sufficient for you for increasing HGH and stretching your spine.
When you reached home take 3-4 bananas with milk or water.
And eat light dinner before sleep.
