How many people have had strong success with yoga? I have to tell you that I know it is a temporary, spinal decompression height gain, but about 4 days ago, I started to stretch again and I have seen results! I was formerly 5'9 in the morning and 5'8.5 in the evening. The day after I started stretching, I was 5'9.5 in the morning and like 5'9 on the dot in the evening that day. The next couple days, I was waking up over 5'9.75! I'm above 5'9.75 now, like 5'9.8 in the morning! I am around 5'9.4 to 5'9.3 throughout most of the day! If I workout really hard (like 4-6 hours of exercise), then I shrink to like 5'9.2 or 5'9.1 or so. I hope to officially reach 5'10 as time progresses. I plan to do this for over a year to track the results. I love yoga so I have no problem doing it to maintain my real height. I can't believe I was 5'10 this whole time and I kept thinking "I'm 5'8.5 to 5'9". I also wear 1 inch leg lifts (more like .75 inches when I stand on them) which take me to like 5'11.75 fresh out of bed but then eventually shrink to like 5'11 or so after spinal compression.
What have been your experiences? Anyone ever gained more than 1 inch? I am wondering if I have a slight case of scoliosis as well because one of my shoulders seems slightly higher than the other..

Yoga is actually useful if you do it correct but I don't think it makes you taller.

You are right, it doesn't actually make you taller. Only improves your posture. My posture has been so terrible over the years, it feels good to be able to sit up/stand up straight again. I just started taking a glucosamine supplement today. I heard that it helps you retain a small amount of morning height (about .3 inches) if you keep taking it. I want to see if it can help me retain my current morning height. I did make it up to 5'10 on the dot today but that was temporary. I shrunk back to 5'9.8 within a half hour. Hopefully I can make it last longer. I am wondering if I have some sort of spinal problem like scoliosis, I need to see a chiropractor I guess.
